Ingredients

    2 Roma Tomatos
    1 Cup chopped Onion
    1 Small Cucumber, sliced and chopped
    1 Garlic Clove
    2 Tbl. Low Fat Sour Cream
    2 Tbl. Vinegar
    2 Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    6 Jumbo Black Olives
    1 tsp Dried Dill
    2 Whole Wheat pitas

Directions

Chop tomato, olives, and garlic.
Mix all ingredients (except Pita) in a bowl.
Wrap pita in wet paper towel and heat for 45 seconds in microwave. Fill pita with vegetables, and eat promptly.
