Introduction

A Quick pasta stir fry with whatever vegitables are on hand. A Quick pasta stir fry with whatever vegitables are on hand.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Low Fat Turkey Sausage
    2 Onions
    1 Red Pepper
    1 Yellow Pepper
    2 Cups of Mushrooms
    5 Cups Cooked Whole Wheat Pasta
    1 can of olives (opt.)
    19 oz. Can of Diced Tomatoes (Partialy Drained)
    2 Cups of Pasta Sauce
    Salt & Pepper and Italian Spice Mix.

Directions

Makes about 10, 2 Cup Servings. Cook pasta according to package directions. Saute meat, add onions, peppers, mushrooms, olives, and tomatoes. Cook for a couple minutes. (about till heated through) then add pasta sauce and spices. Cook for another couple minutes. Add Cooked pasta, toss together and serve.
