    2 small cans unsweetened pumpkin
    8 oz. Light Cream Cheese
    1 cup macadamia nuts, crushed
    6 packets Splenda (or to taste)
    2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice (or to taste)


Crush nuts and press into the sides of a 9" pie dish. Set to the side. Combine pumpkin, cream cheese, Splenda, and pumpkin pie spice in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.

Spread over macadamia nut crust, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until firm.
