Ingredients

    About 2 cups shredded lettuce
    4 cups assorted fruit
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1 1/2 cups fat free yogurt
    2-3 oz. brandy

Directions

Arrange shredded lettuce on serving plate. Arrange fruit (I used pears and cranberries but you can use any kind of fresh, frozen, or canned fruit combinations) on top of lettuce bed. Sprinkle chopped pecans (or other nuts) on top.

Combine yogurt (flavored or plain) with brandy (or a couple tsp of extract) and serve sauce on the side.
