Ingredients

    85g Fuisilli Pasta
    30g Philadelphia Light with Basil
    Brocolli Florets
    70g Mushrooms
    150g Smoked Cod Loin
    Olive Oil 1 tsp
    10g grated cheese (Edam)
    100ml SKimmed Milk
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook pasta and Brocolli together.
In another pan put olive oil and mushrooms. Add fish.
Mix the Philadelphia and milk together and add to the mushrooms. Add the cooked past and brocolli and warm through. Add salt & pepper to taste
Dish out and top with grated edam cheese
