    2 cans of pinto beans
    3 large ham steaks chopped (fat trimmed)
    2 cups of water

Directions

Dice the ham and put it and two cans of pinto beans in the crock pot with 2 cups of water.

You can lower the calories by getting lean ham and low sodium beans.
