Ingredients

    12 oz dark turkey meat
    12 oz turkey breast meat
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup pickle relish
    4 oz onion, chopped
    1 tsp salt
    1 TBSP black pepper
    8 large boiled eggs

Directions

Hard boil eggs for 20 minutes. Chop eggs, turkey, onion together. Add mayonnaise, pickle relish, salt and pepper. Mix well.
