Ingredients

2 chicken breast halves, no bones or skin
    6 TSP of Barbeque Sauce
    1 TSP of worcestershire sauce
1/2 TSP of Texas Pete (or other hot sauce)
    Tony Chachere's to taste

Directions

Mix 4 tsp of barbeque sauce with worcestershire and hot sauce. Place breast halves on individual foil pieces. Brush barbeque mixture on both sides of breast. Depending on how spicy you want your chicken, sprinkle Tonys on both sides of the breast. Fold the foil so the chicken is enclosed in a packet. Bake on 350 for about 35-40 minutes. Open the foll packet and brush with the remainder of the barbeque sauce. Broil five minutes or so, turning once until barbeque sauce looks slightly burned.
