Ingredients

4 Morningstar Spicy Black Bean Burgers
2 C Hot Water
2 C Instant Brown Rice
2 tsp Vegetable Bouillon, Sodium Free
1 C Kraft finely shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 Tbsp Salsa
8 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
8 Whole Wheat tortillas, 8 inch
Directions
Cook burgers according to package instructions. Baking method is recommended.
In seperate bowl, mix water and bouillon, add rice and stir. Microwave on high according to time on package.
Cut burgers in half and mash with back of fork. Place half of each burger onto one tortilla. Top each with half cup of the cooked rice, 1/8 Cup cheese, and a Tablespoon of both the salsa and sour cream.
Fold two ends and roll the sides up for your burrito.
*Tip, if you're having trouble getting your tortillas to roll up without breaking. Layer them on a plate with a wet paper towel in between each, making sure to cover each of them all the way around. Microwave on high for about 45 seconds.
