    1/2 lbs Ground beef, extra lean
    1 small Onion chopped
    8 oz can Tomato Sauce
    1 T Flour
    1/2 c Water
    1 c Macaroni
    1 c 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese


Brown meat and onion together. Drain. Whisk together tomato sauce, flour, and water. Add to meat; cover and simmer for 13 min. Meanwhile, boil macaroni. Drain and combine with meat mixture. Turn into casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 min @400.

    I added another 1/2 pound of ground beef and some garlic to make it 4-6 servings instead of just 2. Kept all else the same and it worked fine! Family friendly for picky eaters, we all loved it. - 1/25/09
