Ingredients

4 oz. Colby Cheese - Sliced or Cubed
4 oz. Mild Cheddar Cheese - Sliced or Cubed
4 oz. Cheddar Cheese - Sliced or Cubed
4 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Sliced or Cubed
1 Egg - Beaten
1 Cup Milk - 2% or Skim
Directions
1 - Follow instructions on box for cooking macaroni. Strain and return to pot. (You may want to use a little more than 8 ounces.)
2 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 8x8 inch baking dish.
3 - Slice, cube, or shred cheese as desired. Place one layer of cheese on bottom of baking dish. Top with a thin layer of macaroni. Repeat with another layer of cheese, then another layer of macaroni, and so on, until you have all four layers. (You can decide which type of cheese you prefer for each layer.)
4 - Pour beaten egg, followed by milk over the top of the macaroni.
5 - Bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly golden brown.
6 - Enjoy!
