Ingredients

* Oat Bran, .5 cup
* cytosport vanilla whey protein shake, 2 serving = 1/2c
* Baking Powder, 1 tsp
* Egg white, 3tb or 1 large egg
* Banana, ripe, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
* Splenda, 1 tsp
* butter flavor spray, 20 and/or butter flakes
* ground cinnamon, dash
Directions
Combine the protein powder and baking powder and mix well, in a separate bowl, mash the banana, add egg white & spray with 20 sprays of 'I can't belive it's not butter' & few shakes of butter flakes, combine well, stir in oat bran and allow to sit for 5 mins to soften.
Mix dry with wet, and pour into 6 cup muffin silicone pan sprayed with butter nonstick spray.
bake 25-30 mins at 350.
