Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Large baking Potatoes
    1 Cup Nonfat Milk
    1/4 cup I can't Believe It's Not Butter Light Spread
    1 clove of fresh garlic, minced (optional not calculated)

Directions

Boil potatoes with the skin on to avoid the water being trapped inside.

Place in strainer in the sink and run under cool water for 15 minutes or so.

Gently peel the potatoes.

In large mixing bowl, blend potatoes, milk, butter, garlic or other seasoning.

Serve wtih your holiday dinner or any other meal you like!
