Introduction
Great Stuffing with lean butterfly pork chops. Ingredients

1/4 Cup Reduce-calorie margerine
1/2 cup chooped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoons ground sage
1/4 teaspoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons dried parsley flkes
1 packet instant chicken flavored broth mix or
2 small, tart apples, chopped in small pieces
3 slices whole wheat bread, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt margering in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add onions and celery and cook untill slightly tender, about 5 minutes. remove from heat.
Sprinkle spices and broth mix over onion mixture. Stir to blend.
Add apples and bread cubes.
Toss stuffing, adding water in small amounts, until bread is moistened.
Place in a 1-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
