Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground hamburger browned and drained
    1 pkg of taco seasoning
    1/2 cup water
    1 1/2 cups rice - cook according to pkg directions
    1 cup salsa
    1 - 15oz can of black beans
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Brown hamburger meat and add taco seasoning. Stir in water and let simmer. Cook rice according to package directions.
When rice is finished stir in meat, salsa and beans. Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
Serve.
I like to top with some fat free sour cream and a little extra salsa
