Ingredients

    1 c. sour cream, reduced fat
    1 c. pineapple (I like crushed, but you can use chunks if you like)
    1 c. mandarin orange slices
    1 c. colored mini marshmallows
    1 c. coconut (I used raw in the calculation)

Directions

Makes 10 half-cup servings

Drain fruit and mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Chill and serve.
