Introduction
These muffins are one of my persnal favorites. A Lower calories version of the original banana bread. I like to have 2 of these for reakfast every morning. Pop it in the microwave for about 30 seconds to warm it up! Yum! These muffins are one of my persnal favorites. A Lower calories version of the original banana bread. Ingredients

2 cups Oat Bran
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1/4 Splenda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Skim Milk
4 tablespoons Molasses
4 tablespoons Honey
2 very ripe small Bananas about 6 or 7 inches long
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Mash the bananas. Then mix in the egg whites, molasses, honey, milk, and oil . On the side mix the Oat bran and baking powder, then stir in the other mixture until well blended. Distribute evenly into muffin tins and bake for about 17 minutes at 425 degrees. Then let cool and enjoy. Makes 12 muffins at 133 cals per muffin.
