Ingredients

* 2 large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut in strips
* 2 pkg (10 oz each) frozen broccoli, chopped
* 1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup
* 1/2 c. Skim Milk
* 6 Tbsp. Fat-Free Mayonnaise
* 1/2 c. Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese, shredded
* 1/2 t. Curry Powder
* 2 T. lemon juice
* 1/2 c. Bread Crumbs (optional)
* dash of Paprika to taste
Directions
* Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
* Place broccoli in bottom of baking dish.
* Layer chicken strips on top of broccoli.
* Combine soup, milk, mayo, lemon juice, curry powder, and paprika in separate bowl. Heat in microwave until bubbling. Pour mixture over broccoli and cheese.
* Sprinkle casserole with cheese and bread crumbs.
* Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (until bubbling) then place under broiler for 1-2 minutes until golden on top.
* Serve over rice or cous-cous.
