Ingredients

    4 oz. Olive Oil
    1 TBL Dried Garlic (24 Cloves)
    6 6oz cans of tomato paste
    6 tomato paste cans of water
    2 1 lb. cans of diced tomatoes
    1 tomato can of water
    3/4 C. Sugar (or 4 packets of Stevia added after cooking)
    1/3 C. Vinegar
    1 TBL. leaf oregano
    2 1/2 TBL. salt
    1 TBL. pepper corns (or 2 tsp. crushed)
    2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. Tobasco sauce

Directions

Simmer garlic in olive oil while opening cans. Add all ingredients and simmer for at least 6 hours. Add more water as needed.
