Introduction

I made this up out of curiosity, really. Turned out pretty yummy. I threw whole pork steaks in the crock-pot, then took them out and cut them into pieces after they were cooked, about an hour before I turned the pot off. I made this up out of curiosity, really. Ingredients

    2 lb lean pork steaks
    1 20 oz can pineapple chunks (in unsweetened juice)
    1 28 oz can chop suey vegetables
    1 1/2 Tbs. corn starch
    3 Tbs. low-sodium soy sauce
    1 packet Splenda (optional, to taste)
    A dash or two of sweet curry
    A dash or two of minced onions

Directions

Throw all ingredients in slow-cooker, cook on high for a few hours, or on low for 6-8.
