Ingredients

    1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese, softened
    2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
    2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
    2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
    3 drops Tabasco, or to taste
    pinch cayenne pepper
    3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and blue cheese. Blend in the celery, onion, hot pepper sauce, and cayenne pepper. Roll in the pecans. Chill overnight, or until firm.

Serve with vegetables or crackers.

    This is a lot like a cheese ball I used to make but couldn't find the recipe! Thanks! I am pretty sure I used 4 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese, too. At least that is what I am planning on doing for this season! But I used the portions of the ingredients, since I couldn't find my old recipe. - 11/25/14
