Ingredients

    2 medium tomatoes - peeled and cut into wedges
    1/2 lb. snow peas, trimmed and cut in half
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Dried Mint Leaves

Directions

Combine the tomatoes and snow peas and set aside. In a msall bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients together and stire until the salt and sugar have dissolved. Pour over veggies and sprinkle with the mint leaves. Cover and chill until serving time.
