Introduction

This is something I tried and I think it is yummy with a twists. The ranch seasoning mix is not calculated in because I do not have the information to put in the calculator but once i get it I will put it in. Ingredients

    1 pound Ground Beef
    2 eggs
    1 Tablespoon Mrs Dash original seasoning
    1 Tablespoon Lawry's Spice 'N Simple Ranch seasoning mix
    20 Saltine crackers, crushed

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, Seperate into 9 regular size muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 9 muffin size servings.
