Excellent - would've never thought to roast this veggie, but why not? I simplified cooking. Just through shredded cabbage in with my onions alongside my roast beef - 40 min or so. Delish! - 4/19/13

    Very Good
The tossing is important. I forgot that part and had little burned bits on the outer-most leaves. :-p The rest was excellent! - 3/17/12

    Very Good
This recipe was very tasty, although I didn't have sherry vinegar and used balsamic vinegar instead. Awesome flavor though, and my kids liked it because it was so "pretty"! Thanks for sharing!! - 2/1/11
