Yummy for a snack or breakfast on the run!

I just put in any fruit I have around the house. If it isn't frozen, you should add a bit of ice. I peel and then chop up a banana and put it in the freezer.

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup soy milk
    .5 cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
    1 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
    1 frozen banana
    1 tbsp fat free french vanilla creamer

Directions

Put all in blender and serve. Very quick and easy.
