Introduction

Ingredients

    .5c water
    .5c oats
    dash salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8t vanilla extract
    4 baby carrots, grated
    .5c canned pineapple & juice
    2 Tbs raisins
    drizzle maple syrup

    optional toppings:
    splenda
    sugar
    coconut
    chopped nuts
    flaxseed

Directions

Combine all in saucepan and cook according to oatmeal instructions (3-5 min)

Top with any additional toppings
