Introduction

Ingredients

    Chicken liver, onion, olive oil, scallion, hard boiled egg, paprika, chopped parsley, white pepper, black pepper, salt.

Directions

Chop onion. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Saute onions on low-medium heat until softened, about 10 minutes. While onions are cooking, clean liver (remove membranes, rinse, pat dry with paper towel).

Add liver to skillet. Cook 12 - 15 minutes or until insides are no longer pink, stirring occasionally.

Chop and add the boiled egg. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add parsley and paprika. Place in food processor and blend to a smooth, spreadable texture. Chill for at least one hour.
