Introduction

Family favorite - definitely not healthy, but oh so good. You cannot use sugar substitute as it ruins texture. I often use Margarine sticks instead of butter with no difference. Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 1/4 cups crushed graham crackers
    1/4 cup sugar
    6-7 tablespoons melted butter

    Pie:
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 eggs

Directions

Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and butter in pie pan until moistened. Press mixture into crust shape and refrigerate.

Blend butter and sugar in large bowl until sugar is dissolved. Meanwhile, melt chocolate and add to butter and sugar. Once sugar is dissolved, add vanilla and eggs one at a time. Beat about 5 minutes after each egg.

Add chocolate mixture to crust and refrigerate.
