Ingredients

one box of penne pasta (or any pasta really)
one lb of imitation crab (or real crab if you have the money)
3 tbsp of olive oil
one lemon
one lb of asparagus
Directions
one box of penne pasta (or any pasta really) cooked and drained
one lb of imitation crab (or real crab if you have the money) heated through in 1tbsp olive oil; can use butter
slice a lemon and pour half of the juice over the crab
once heated through, drain the crab reserve into a bowl and save for pasta topping.
Steam one lb of asparagus, drizzle with some lemon juice reserve. once heated to desired texture add pasta, crab, and asparagus together in a large bowl or pot. take the remaining crab reserve , add two more tbsp of olive oil, the remaining lemon juice, and salt and peper to taste. drizzle over pasta and toss to coat throughout. Enjoy!!!
