Introduction

A different kind of PB Ball - and WAY more delicious and nutritious! A different kind of PB Ball - and WAY more delicious and nutritious!

Ingredients

    1/2 cup natural peanut butter
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup dried apple rings
    1 tablespoon honey ( or agave syrup)
    1 tablespoon ground flax seeds (optional)
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    Ground Flax (optional)

Directions

1. Mix peanut butter, oatmeal, sunflower seeds,
apples, flax, sesame seeds and vanilla.
2. Roll mixture into balls.
3. Roll energy balls in ground flax, if desired. (optional).
4. Let balls sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
5. Additional Notes:
*Note: You can use any combination of nut butters, nuts or seeds and dried fruit as you desire, just keep the ratios the same.
Makes 26 (1-inch) balls.
