    3 cups soaked, but not cooked black beans (or can use canned)
    2 cups chicken broth homemade
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 t coriander
    1/4 t salt
    1/8 t ground red pepper
    4 cloves garlic
    2lbs ground turkey 93% lean


Brown turkey in saucepan, then add it and all other ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours.
