Ingredients

1 Lb. 93% Lean ground meat
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1.5 cups beef broth
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1.5 cups sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup sour cream
Directions
Makes 4 servings.
Form meat into small meatballs. Heat olive oil in skillet and brown the meatballs on all sides. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Add the onion to the skillet and cook until tender and lightly browned. Add beef broth, stirring, and cook until slightly thickened. Add pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Stir in the sour cream, and add meatballs. Cook until heated through, but do not boil. Taste and season to your liking.
Great over whole wheat pasta.
