Ingredients

4 Phyllo dough sheets (9x14)
6 oz fruit flavored lite yogurt
4 oz Cool Whip (lite)
4 oz fruit of choice unsweetened (strawberry, blueberry, mango, rasberry, mandrin orange, blackberry)
Buttery (lite) cooking spray.
Directions
Layer 4 phillo dough sheets* coating each with low calorie buttery flavored cooking spay.
Cut into 6 squares or 6 (4 inch) rounds with a cookie cutter. Place in cupcake tin pressing lighly to make it take shape. Bake at 350 degress for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned. Cool
FILLING:
Mix 2 ounces of cool whip with fruit flavored yogurt add fruit of choice (reserving 6 pieces for garnish)
Spoon mixture equally into the 6 cooled phyllo cups. Top with remaining Cool whip and dot with a piece of fruit.
*Follow phillo dough thawing instructions
