Introduction

This is a great one dish meal! This is a great one dish meal!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Pound 93% Lean ground beef
    1~ 21 oz can of tomato sauce
    1 small onion diced
    1 ~2 & 1/2 pound frozen vegie mix (or use fresh carrots, corn, green beans & peas)
    2 cloves garlic crushed

Directions

brown beef and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour
You can also start it in the morning and leave it all day in a crock-pot.
