Introduction

Whole chicken with veggies. Whole chicken with veggies.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 whole chicken (5-6 pounds)
    4 stalks celery, whole
    3 carrots, chopped (or bagged baby carrots)
    1 large onion, quartered
    1 package vegetable soup mix
    1/2 c. white wine

Directions

Rinse chicken and place in crockpot.
Add celery & onion into chicken cavity
Add carrot and sprinkle soup mix on top
Add wine.
Cook on high 4-6 hours.
Serve with oven roasted potatoes.
