Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pkg ground lean turkey
    1 large onion chopped
    4 ribs celery chopped
    8 Large Mushrooms chopped
    4 Med Shitake Mushrooms chopped
    1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
    6 TBLS Lite Soy Sauce
    8 cloves garlic
    1TBLS Sesame Oil
    2 6oz cans sliced water chestnuts, drained, and finely chopped
    1/4 cup Cilantro

    1 Head Lettuce - divided by just the leaves

Directions

Combine Chicken, Onion, Celery, Mushrooms Hoisin Sauce, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Sesame Oil and Water Chestnuts. Cover cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Thirty minutes before the end of cooking add Cilantro and could add Bean sprouts and Green Onion.
Server with Lettuce Leaves and additional Hoisin Sauce if preferred.
