Introduction

All the flavour and none of the fat, this is a favourite in my house and I'm sure it will become a favourite in yours and with only 6.0 grams of fat per serve, you can afford to eat this. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    500 gm Chicken Breast Diced
    1 Onion sliced
    2 tsp Minced Garlic
    2 tsp Minced Ginger
    1x Can Tomatoes (Indian style if available)
    1 tsp Tumeric (if not using Indian style tomatoes)
    1 tsp Garam Masala
    Curry Paste or Powder to your taste
    1 tsp Coriander (fresh)
    250 mls Natural Yoghurt


Directions

Add oil to pan and lightly brown onions, garlic & ginger. Add diced chicken and curry paste/ powder and cook until chicken browned slightly.

Add tomatoes (& tumeric if using), garam masala & coriander.

Simmer until chicken cooked through.

Once cooked turn off element and leave to cool for a few minutes.

Add yoghurt just before serving and mix through.

Serve with steamed rice and naan bread/poppadoms.
