Introduction

This is on the back of the Foster Farms Frozen Chicken Thighs package. It takes chicken thighs straight from the freezer to the oven. Really great taste. (Note Mar, 2014 - due to reviews, I changed the pepper to 1 tsp. Sorry guys - my husband is a pepper monkey) This is on the back of the Foster Farms Frozen Chicken Thighs package. This was so delicious and easy to make. I used thighs with the bone in and not frozen, so I dropped the temp to 350 and baked them for about an hour, also added roasted tomatoes and served it with a side of brown rice and green beans. I will definitely be making this again. - 9/9/09

I was so happy to find a recipe using frozen meat, as I forgot to thaw anything today! This was SO easy and was tasty too! My kids liked it too. - 6/11/11

Tasty and very easy to make! Like the other reviewers I used fresh chicken thighs, and lowered the temperature and it worked very well. Next time I will try it with sundried tomatoes for added flavour. - 11/20/09
