Introduction

I make these Tuna Sandwichs at least every week because they are so easy and very tasty. The Nutritional Facts were hard to understand on the Tuna can, so just use a 6 oz can (drained of course). I use a lot of pepper in mine so the teaspoon of salt and pepper can be changed to your liking!!! Also, you can change the Sweet Relish to Dill Relish if you would like. Ingredients

    Chicken of the Sea Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water (6 oz. can) Drained
    Best Foods Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing 1 Tablespoon
    Del Monte Sweet Pickle Relish 1 Tablespoon
    Salt 1 teaspoon
    Pepper 1 teaspoon

Directions

Drain can of tuna and empty in small bowl. Mix in Mayonnaise and Relish. Add Salt and Pepper. Fill Pita Pocket with Tuna mixture and enjoy.
