Ingredients

    2 Cups Aunt Jemima Complete Buttermilk Pancake mix
    3 Tbsp oil
    1 1/2 Cup Water

Directions

Heat waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. Combine 2 cups of Aunt Jemima Complete Buttermilk Pancake mix with 1 1/2 cups of water and 3 Tbsp vegetable oil. Stir until large lumps disappear. Pour batter onto lightly greased waffle iron until about 2/3 of the surface is covered. Close lid and wait approximately 3 to 4 minutes or until steaming stops. Makes about five large waffles on a round waffle iron.
