Ingredients

2 kinds of beans, extra lean ground beef, onion, canned tomatoes, canned rotel, hominy, taco seasoning, water. Easy to prepare.

Directions

Brown the beef & onions together, drain any extra fat (to really remove fat, rinse it with boiling water). Rinse the beans & drain the hominy before adding to beef and onions. Add tomatoes and rotel (with juices). Stir in taco seasoning. Bring to a boil and simmer on low for 30 minutes. Soup freezes well and is real crowd pleaser.
