Ingredients

    Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, sliced
    Milk, 1%, 4 fl oz
    Vanilla Yogurt, 6 oz (you can use a non-fat or low-fat yogurt if you choose to)
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Honey, 1 tbsp

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender, and cover
Blend (Puree) for 45 - 60 seconds
Serve

Makes (2) 8 oz servings
