Ingredients

    2 lb extra lean THAWED ground beef (turkey ok too)
    1 pkg williams chili seasoning
    1 can each pinto beans and chili beans
    1 cup salsa (preferably chunky)
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 can mexican lime and cilantro rotel

Directions

makes 20 1 cup servings
put everything in the crock pot, chop up the ground beef really good, mix well, cook on low and ignore for about 6-8 hours (roughly. i have left this while i was at work all day before plus drive time, and that was 10 hours total)
