Ingredients

    * *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8 oz (remove)
    * *Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 1.25 cup (remove)
    * Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 package (20 oz) (remove)
    * Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    * *Splenda, 4 tsp (remove)
    * Whipped topping, frozen, low fat (like Cool Whip), 2.25 cup (remove)

Directions

Drain 10 oz. can of pineapple and dump in blender. Add frozen strawberries and sliced banana. Add splenda and soft cream cheese. Blend until smooth. Stir in entire container Cool Whip. Pour in 9" square pan and freeze.

Cut into 12 servings. Set out at room temperature for about 10 min before cutting.

    Had this last weekend (fixed it for our church's soup/sandwich/dessert dinner before the annual meeting). If weather had not been so cold, there probably would not have been any to bring home. It tastes great, and is easy to fix with no cooking!! - 2/19/09
