Introduction

This is a yummy way to use up left-over turkey or chicken. It only takes 2 oz. for a filling meal. This is a yummy way to use up left-over turkey or chicken. It only takes 2 oz. for a filling meal.

Ingredients

    2 oz. diced cooked turkey or chicken
    1/2 cup chopped lettuce (any kind)
    1/2 cup salsa
    1/4 cup grated carrot (buy it packaged)
    1/4 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
    1 tablespoon low fat Italian dressing
    1 whole wheat tortilla

Directions

Simply pile all the fillings on to the tortilla, drizzle the dressing over the top, and roll it up! You may need lots of napkins, or a knife and fork to finish it - lots of juices!
Makes 1 serving.
The fat will be lots lower if you use low fat dressing - the values here came up for full fat dressing.
