Quick and easy to fix if you want a nice dinner and don't have much time. I sometimes put it in a crock pot and leave it to cook on low all day and it turns out fine. Ingredients

    4 Boneless Pork Chops
    4 medium sized potatos
    4 servings babby carrots (about 14 per serving)
    1 can tomatoe soup
    1/2 cup water
    1 tspl Worchestershire Sauce
    1-1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Brown pork chops in a pot with a lid that you can bake in. Stir together tomatoe soup, water, worchestershire sauce, italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Quarter potatos. Layer carrots and potatos on top of pork chops. Pour tomatoe soup mixture over all. Bake for 1 hour, or until carrots are tender. Makes 4 servings. Adds up to 469 calories per serving.
