    Round steak
    Olive Oil
    Beef broth
    Black pepper
    Soy sauce


Cut round steak in pieces and brown in olive oil. Add garlic cloves and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Cut up broccoli and cook in wok for 3 minutes. Add broccoli to beef mixture. Season with black pepper and soy sauce. Serve over brown rice.
