Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz
    Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage, 16 oz
    *Italian Sausage, pork, 1 link, 4/lb
    Collards, fresh or frozen 2 cup, chopped
    Beans, red kidney, 4 oz
    Beans, pinto, 4oz
    Beans, white, 4oz
    Onions, raw, half small
    *Potato, raw, 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 cup
    Catsup, 1/3 cup
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Cut meat into bite sized pieces and brown with onions. Add water, potaoes, spices, and Collards or Kale if you can find it. Simmer for half hour. Add diced potatoes and beans (with juice from can). Simmer for 20 minutes. Flavor with ketchup. Can be made a day ahead. To reduce sodium, rinse canned beans and add enough water to make up the difference.
