Ingredients

    4 oz. raw, peeled & deveined medium shrimp

    1T light butter

    1 garlic cloved, finely minced

    1 oz. proscuitto ham, diced

    1 tsp. ground black pepper

    1 T Light Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese

    2 T whole milk

    1 tsp grated parmsean cheese

    Dash of Italian Seasoning


Directions

In a small non-stick skillet on med-high heat; saute butter and garlic for approximately 1-2 minutes.



Add proscuitto and saute another 1-2 minutes.



When proscuitto starts to brown a bit; add the milk, cream cheese, pepper.



As sauce thickens add the shrimp and cook approx. 3-4 minutes or until they turn opaque pink.


Place on serving plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and a dash of dried italian seasoning.

    Incredible!
    This was amazing!! I know it added more calories to it but I used extra garlic and added mushrooms and added some shredded asiago cheese.Also I used 2% milk since that is all we have. Hy husband said I should make this again!! - 1/15/10
