    2 cups pancake mix
    1 egg
    1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
    1 T canola oil
    1 tps cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

mix until blended and lumpy. spread into a greased jelly roll pan. bake at 400 for 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown. cut into 8 pieces.
